If a selected winner does not respond and confirm their acceptance within 2 calendar days of initial contact, or refuses to provide required information (such as identification documents), an alternate winner will be randomly chosen.

Winners must provide a valid ID and other necessary identification documents to claim their gifts.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These rules and regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute or matter arising in reference to the activity shall be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed by Mathrubhumi.com. The arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The venue for arbitration shall be Calicut, Kerala, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the Malayalam language.
