Valentine’s Day Couples Photo Contest – Terms & Conditions

1. This contest is organized by Mathrubhumi.com in association with Jos Alukkas.
2. The contest is open to all couples aged 18 years and above. Participants must be residents of India.
3. Couples must upload one (1) photograph along with a short love story or caption (1–2 lines) on the official contest page hosted on Mathrubhumi.com.
4. Only entries submitted through the official contest page will be considered valid.
5. The photograph and caption must be original and owned by the participants.
6. Content must not be offensive, misleading, or infringe on any third-party rights.
7. Any inappropriate or irrelevant entries will be disqualified.

11. The contest will be conducted from 8th February 2026 to 14th February 2026 (both days inclusive).
12. Winners will be selected by a panel  & the judges’ decision shall be final and binding.
13. Five (5) winning couples will receive Jos Alukkas Gift Vouchers worth ₹9,000 each.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
15. By participating, contestants grant Mathrubhumi.com and Jos Alukkas the right to use the submitted photograph and caption for promotional, marketing, and editorial purposes across digital, print, and social media platforms without any further compensation.
16. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant found submitting false information, plagiarized content, or engaging in unfair practices.
17. Mathrubhumi.com and Jos Alukkas shall not be responsible for any technical issues, system failures, lost entries, or delays beyond their control.
